Cedar Valley: an old-fashioned family farm located north of Ottawa, IL on the banks of Indian Creek. For the past 10 years, Jody & Beth Osmund (and their three sons)have built Illinois' first meat CSA - offering a monthly selection of Duroc & Hampshire pork, Black Angus beef, Pasture raised chicken, and heritage breed eggs. They offer custom cut meat (beef and pork) for the home freezer, too.
