Easter Rising Farm is home to the Mincher family, on 98 acres along Laughery Creek, in Friendship, Indiana. We raise grass-fed beef and lamb, naturally-raised pork, free-range eggs, and pasture-raised chicken and turkey. We cure and smoke our own bacon and ham, with a traditional nitrite-free method.
